Prof. Tino Fuss

Tino has a dual background in medicine (Vienna University) and bio-engineering (University of Strathclyde).
Tino was an associate professor at both Vienna University and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He was also instrumental in the development of the bioengineering program at Nanyang Technological University. Tino was the Sports Engineering Professor and team leader of SportzEdge Program, in the School of Aerospace, Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, at RMIT University.
He is now at Swinburne as part of the Centre for Design Innovation, where he will focus on his passions; smart sports and health equipment, biomedical engineering, and sports engineering.
Tino is the first editor of the ‘Routledge Handbook of Sports Technology and Engineering’, the first book of its kind ever published; is the Editor-in-Chief of the Sports Technology journal, and is a Co-Director of the Australian Sports Technology Network ASTN.
